JASM Now Accepting 2015-2016 Mondale Scholarship Applications for Study Abroad in Japan!

The Japan America Society of Minnesota has a very exciting opportunity for students planning to study abroad in Japan: the Mondale Scholarship! JASM will award the Mondale Scholarship to Minnesota undergraduate students enrolled in Minnesota colleges and universities who want to broaden their knowledge of Japan through a combination of study and travel. JASM will offer up to $3,000 in scholarships for the academic year. The selection committee has the discretion to award up to three $1,000 scholarships or two $1,500 scholarships. Cherry Tree Celebration and Kite Flying on June 6th – St. Paul Nagasaki Sister City Committee Event

This year marks is the 60th Anniversary of the  St.Paul-Nagasaki Sister City Committee (SPNSCC), a great friend of JASM! Through their organization, events to help celebrate the partnership between St. Paul and Nagasaki are scheduled throughout the year.
