Attention JASM Members!

JASM hosts many events throughout the year which need the assistance of dedicated volunteers! If there is an event for which you are interested in volunteering, please continue to check our website or read the 通信 for information on volunteer opportunities!

40th Anniversary Concert

On Sunday, June 3rd we will be hosting JASM’s 40th Anniversary Concert at Hamline University. Currently we are looking for:

-4 Ushers to hand out show concert programs and welcome guests.
Time commitment: Sunday, June 3rd from 3pm-6:30pm

-1 Stage Director to coordinate stage arrangements and transitions. For this role we request someone with experience.
Time commitment: Saturday, June 2nd from 2:30pm-4pm and Sunday, June 3rd from 3pm-6:30pm

-1 Camera Person to operate a camera and film the event. This volunteer will need to provide their own equipment and we prefer someone with experience.
Time commitment: Sunday, June 3rd from 4:30pm-6:30pm

日米桜寄贈100周年イベント

JASM needs your help! Saturday, June 9th we will be coordinating the Sakura Centennial at Como Ordway Park. We need roughly 20 volunteers to help ensure the success of this momentous event by acting as ushers to incoming guests. The event is from 9am to 10:30am so it is not a huge time commitment.
